Here's how a typical visit goes from arrival to home — so you know exactly what you're walking into.
We're at 910 Tranquille Road, Kamloops — right next to Denny's. Free parking in our lot, with overflow parking along 9th Street if the lot is full.
For laser tag bookings, head to the front desk to confirm your reservation. For walk-in arcade visits, you can head straight to the play area. Every guest needs a signed waiver — and waivers must be renewed each visit (they're valid only for the day they're signed). Sign online in advance to skip the line at the door, and make sure everyone in your group does the same!
We use a modern Fun Card system — no tokens, no paper tickets. Cards are included with any game credit purchase. Just load credits, swipe to play, and any unused balance stays on the card for next time.
Most popular: our Fun Passes, which bundle arcade play and attraction access together for incredible value. See pricing →
💡 Earn Loyalty Points: Reload your card through our website or Fun Factor App to earn points toward free attractions and more. Points are only earned on online/app reloads — not in-store, so set up your account to maximize rewards!
5 attractions to explore: Laser Tag, Arcade, Mini Bowling, Spin Zone, and QBIX. Each attraction has its own requirements (closed-toe shoes, height minimums, etc.) — see the full requirements list below.
We don't serve food on site, but you have options: Denny's is right next door, plus there are many great restaurants in close proximity. Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome — see our food policy below for details.
Tickets earned from arcade games can be redeemed at our Prize Centre for toys, candy, and bigger items. Tickets stay on your Fun Card forever — no need to redeem in one visit.
No checkout needed — your remaining balance, tickets, and rewards stay on your Fun Card automatically. Get the most out of your card with our Fun Factor App (or Fun Card Login on our website):
Every attraction has its own rules — here's what to know before you arrive so everyone in your group gets to play.
All attractions are designed so the whole family can enjoy together — kids, parents, grandparents. Plus we're a popular spot for date nights and adults who want to get out and do something fun and interactive.
A few practical things that come up often. Save yourself a phone call.
We don't serve food on site, but you have great options:
Denny's is literally next door, and many other restaurants are within a short drive.
Outside food is welcome, but our seating area is limited and must be pre-reserved through our event coordinator.
Non-alcoholic outside drinks are okay any time.
For groups 15 or more guests, reservations are strongly recommended to ensure the best experience — get in touch with our event coordinator to lock in your time.
We can host groups up to 100 people, and full-facility private take-overs are available for larger events.
We're located right on the way to McArthur Island — perfect stop for tournament teams looking to unwind between games or after the final whistle.
Reservations aren't required — walk-ins are always welcome. Laser tag books up fast, though, so it's best to reserve online to guarantee your game time.
Our building was originally constructed as a bowling alley in the 1960s — called Kami-Bowl. We purchased the facility in 1990 and converted it into The Fun Factor — Kamloops' first family entertainment centre.
Over the decades we've grown and evolved — adding laser tag, an arcade with the latest games, mini bowling (a return to our roots), the QBIX immersive room, Spin Zone bumper cars, and a modern Fun Card system that ditched tokens and paper tickets for something better.
Our facility is intentionally designed so adults can have an incredible time too — not just feel like they're stuck in a "kids place." That's why we see so many date nights, corporate events, sports teams, and adult parties alongside the family fun. We truly have something for everyone.
What hasn't changed: we're still locally owned and operated, still focused on creating real-world fun for families and groups in Kamloops, and still proud to be the place where birthdays, date nights, team outings, and after-tournament hangouts happen under one roof.
The questions we get asked most often. Don't see yours? Send us a message or call 250-554-5060.

Arcade, Bowling, Spin Zone, QBIX: No — walk-ins welcome any time during business hours.
Birthday Parties & Group Bookings (15+): Yes — book ahead to confirm date and coordination.
There's no entry fee — you only pay for the activities you do. Most guests choose a Fun Pass, which bundles arcade play and attraction access together for the best value. See full pricing →
We're great for ages 5 and up — and that includes adults! Most of our attractions have a 5+ recommendation, and we're popular for date nights, corporate events, and adult outings too. Younger kids can still enjoy mini bowling, easy arcade games, and the prize centre.
Closed-toe shoes are required for both laser tag and mini bowling. No sandals, flip-flops, or open-toed shoes for those attractions. Other attractions don't have specific footwear rules. Comfortable, athletic-friendly clothing is best for laser tag — you'll be moving!
Plan for about 2 hours — that's the typical visit length. A laser tag round runs about 15 minutes, arcade play is open-ended, and birthday parties are usually 2 hours. Walk-in visits are flexible, so stay as long as you're having fun.
Yes — outside food is welcome, but our seating area is limited and must be pre-reserved by contacting our event coordinator. Non-alcoholic outside drinks are okay any time. Birthday cakes are typically welcome for booked parties. Contact us to reserve seating →
We don't serve food on site, so you have full control over what your group eats. Bring whatever fits your dietary needs.
For party packages that include pizza, we can swap the pizza for additional game credits, and parents can bring food that meets their guests' needs instead.
As far ahead as possible. Preferred times — especially weekend afternoons — book up well in advance. Booking early gives you the best shot at the date and time you want.
Personal photos and videos of your own group are absolutely welcome. Capture the laser tag wins, the bumper car chaos, the birthday smiles — go for it.
A few asks: photos of our staff need their permission first, and if you're shooting for any business or commercial use, please contact us first to get permission and coordinate.
Yes — we hold lost items for 30 days. To check on a lost item, please call us at 250-554-5060 or use our contact form with a description of what you're missing and when you visited.
