How much does a birthday party cost at The Fun Factor?

Birthday parties start at just $18 per guest. We offer multiple party packages with different attraction combinations, food options, and group sizes.

How far in advance should I book a birthday party?

Weekend party slots fill up months in advance. We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks ahead, especially for Saturday and Sunday slots. Weekday parties have more availability.

What's included in a Fun Factor birthday party?

All packages include access to our private party room, an assigned party host, attraction time, and the birthday guest receives 20 free arcade credits plus a Fun Factor lanyard. Food, cake, and add-ons are available.

Can I bring my own cake or food to a birthday party?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own birthday cake. We also offer pizza, snacks, and drink packages. Outside food beyond cake may have restrictions — please check with our event coordinator.

How many kids can come to a birthday party?

Our party packages accommodate groups from 8 to 30 guests. Larger groups can be arranged with our event coordinator. We offer special group rates for parties of 15 or more.

BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ

You get a full 2-hour reserved party space. During that time guests play attractions, eat and celebrate. Our most popular package (Gold A+) gives guests the most to do — your guests will be busy the entire time! Smaller packages have fewer activities, but parties with our Gold package are non-stop action.

We cater to a wide age range! Our average party age is around 8, and we're very popular for ages 5–13. If a child is too small for an attraction (e.g., Laser Tag requires age 5+), we can swap it for extra game credits. For very young kids, we offer Uncle Chris the Clown as an add-on.

Absolutely — and we don't charge extra for it! Bring any food you like. We even have a fridge and a freezer so your ice cream cake stays cold until it's time to sing Happy Birthday. We supply plates, napkins, forks, cake knife, candles and a lighter.

Our party area is split into two sections and we comfortably fit about 16 guests per side. If you need the entire room (both sides), let us know — with a minimum of 15 paying guests we can reserve the full area exclusively for you, provided it's not already booked.

No problem at all! A game of Laser Tag or Bowling can be substituted for 20 game credits. Included food (pizza & slush) can be substituted for 12 game credits. Loot bags are included for all guests and cannot be substituted. Note that no price reduction is given for substitutions.

Yes! Our pizza is catered exclusively from Domino's. Gluten-free options are available at an additional charge — just mention it during booking or tell our staff upon arrival and we'll accommodate.

Yes! You can add extra game credits ($5/25 credits per guest), an extra attraction ($5 per guest), up-sized slush ($0.50 each), double loot bags ($1.50 each), souvenir photos ($3.50 each), and Uncle Chris the Clown ($115 for 30 mins). Add these when booking online or when you arrive.

Yes — all guests must have a signed waiver before participating in attractions. Parents/guardians must sign on behalf of guests under 19. We strongly recommend signing online before the party to save time and skip the in-store lineup.

Birthday Express is our new option for families who want all the value of a party package but prefer to do cake, gifts and food at home. You get the same package inclusions, but pizza and slush puppies are exchanged for extra game credits. The birthday star still gets all their bonuses! Birthday Express must be booked through our event coordinator — email events@thefunfactor.ca.

As soon as possible! We regularly sell out weekend slots 2–3 months in advance. If you have a specific date in mind, book it the moment you know. Weekday and Monday–Thursday slots are more available. Book online anytime on our party booking page.

We accept Cash and Interac Debit on the day of your party. We do not accept personal cheques. A deposit may be required at booking.
