How It Works

1

Tell us your date & headcount

Send your grad date, venue and how many grads you're expecting. Earlier is better — spring dates fill fast.

2

We build the package

We put together the right mix of games and booths from the PLAY! catalogue to match your crowd and budget.

3

We deliver & run it

Our team sets everything up before doors, keeps it running all night, and packs it out after. You just enjoy grad.

Dry Grad Questions

What is a dry grad?
A dry grad (or after-grad) is a safe, alcohol-free celebration for graduating students — usually all night, with entertainment, food and activities in one supervised place. We supply the entertainment: arcade games, photo booths and simulators, delivered to your venue.
Do you deliver outside Kamloops?
Yes. Through our PLAY! Entertainment rental division we deliver, set up and run arcade and event rentals across Kamloops and the BC Interior.
How far ahead should we book?
Grad season books up fast and spring dates go first. Reach out as early as you can so we can hold your date and build the right package.
How many games do we need?
It depends on your headcount and how long the night runs. Tell us how many grads you expect and we'll recommend a mix so there are no long line-ups.
Who runs the equipment on the night?
Our team handles delivery, setup, running the equipment through the event, and teardown — so your committee doesn't have to.
