1. Who runs it

The Holiday Hunt (the "Hunt") is run by The Fun Factor Fun Centre, operated by Cotton Coin Co. Ltd., 910 Tranquille Road, Kamloops, BC (the "Sponsor").

2. Dates

The Hunt runs from November 27, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. to December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Each week a different character hides: weeks start on Nov 27, Dec 4, Dec 11, Dec 18 and Dec 25. The current week's character and schedule are shown in the Hunt pop-up on our website.

3. Who can play

Anyone can hunt. Prizes are claimed with a parent's or guardian's mobile phone number, so children must have a parent or guardian claim for them. Employees of The Fun Factor and their households are not eligible to win.

4. How to play

1. Visit thefunfactor.ca. Five of this week's characters are hiding on five pages of our website — a different set of pages for each hunter.
2. When a character pops out from behind a photo or card, tap it to collect it. Hints in the Hunt pop-up show which pages still have a character for you.
3. When you've found all 5, enter a parent's or guardian's mobile number. We text a 6-digit code to that phone; enter it to receive your prize code.

Everyone who finds all 5 and completes the phone check while prizes remain wins. There is no random draw.

5. Prizes

• Each prize is 20 bonus game credits at The Fun Factor, approximate retail value $6.00 CAD.
• Up to 50 prizes per week (up to 250 prizes in total, total approximate value $1,500). Prizes are awarded first come, first served. When a week's prizes are gone, the Hunt pop-up says so, and new prizes start with the next week's character.
• Your prize is a one-time QR code, shown on screen and texted to the phone used to claim it.

6. Limits

• One prize per household per week, verified by mobile phone number. A new character hides each week, so a household can win once in each week of the Hunt.
• We reserve the right to disqualify multiple entries from the same household in the same week.
• To keep it fair, a limited number of prizes can be claimed from the same internet connection each week.
• Using multiple phone numbers, automated tools, or any other way of getting around these limits may result in prizes being cancelled.

7. Redeeming your prize

• Bring your QR code to the front counter at The Fun Factor, 910 Tranquille Road, Kamloops. Staff scan it and load the credits onto a Fun Card.
• No purchase is necessary to enter, win or redeem.
• The prize code must be redeemed by February 1, 2027. Once loaded onto a Fun Card, the credits don't expire.
• Prizes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash or other products, and can't be transferred or resold. Each code can be used once.

8. Your phone number and privacy

The mobile number is used only to send your verification code and prize, and to enforce the one-prize-per-household-per-week limit. We never share it or use it for marketing. If you give an email address and tick the box, we'll also send you Fun Factor news and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Other rules

• The Sponsor may change, pause or end the Hunt if it can't run as planned (for example, website or texting problems, or tampering). Any prizes already won will be honoured.
• The Sponsor isn't responsible for texts that don't arrive because of a wrong number or a phone carrier problem; you can request a new code from the Hunt pop-up.
• The Sponsor's decisions about the Hunt are final.
